Justin Quan

Justin is a practising chartered accountant in the UK and the UAE and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Justin previously trained with Dixon Wilson, a leading chartered accounting firm in the UK where he advised high net worth individuals and corporate entities on tax-efficient capital raising strategies for early stage seed investment.

He dealt with institutional deal origination and international tax advisory frameworks during his time with the Berkeley Assets London team. He now assists in developing operational corporate strategy, with a focus on retail clients.

HAMAD AL QASIM

HAMAD AL QASIM

Hamad is a UAE national from Dubai. Before joining the private equity field he began his career with national carrier Emirates Airlines, where he gained a BSc in engineering. 

Having worked for various local organisations, he has strong business and institutional connections in the Middle East. He plays an instrumental role in client relations at Berkeley Assets, managing regional institutional clients and global distribution, as well as being an investor in the business. Based out of the Asian Head Quarters in Dubai, Hamad is building and managing distribution across the continent and in new territories globally.

Anton Sulcek

Anton Sulcek

Anton has over 5 years’ experience of working in private client financial management. He initially worked for a UK boutique investment house, which involved capital raising through high net worth individuals and introducer partners. Following on from this, he thrived in the UAE market, where he brought a UK centric understanding and approach to his work in the region, working closely with private banks and financial institutions based in Dubai and across the GCC. At Berkeley Assets he focuses on raising capital globally with a keen focus on the retail network, utilizing the experience and trust he built in his previous roles.

Rizwan Ashrafi

Rizwan Ashrafi

Riz is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years private banking experience including corporate banking with RBS. He has a breadth of experience in the private client arena that spans from knowledge gained from previous roles across the EU and GCC regions.

He holds CISI level 3 qualification and a Masters in International Business Management. Utilizing his strong skill set and highly developed knowledge of private client management, he is responsible for maintaining and developing the existing retail client base within the Berkeley Assets GCC & Far East retail division.

Archna Cummings

Archna has over 10 years Customer Relations experience and believes in delivering the highest standards of support to our clients. Her role is essential in offering support to the introducer network who work at the forefront of our retail capital raising endeavours in the MENA region. She also plays an integral role within the client services team by ensuring that working relationships are managed to a high standard throughout our business, both with retail and institutional clients and also with third party introducers and IFAs globally.
